The new Villa Moda complex is a unique project, not only
because of its location and top quality haute couture shops, but also due to the fact that it was a design-build project completed in record time.
The total time taken between Gulf Consult being commissioned for the project and the opening was less than 14 months. The contractor had already started site preparation 3 months prior to design completion.
The initial building and interiors concept was done by Italian architect Pier Francesco Cravel.
The architectural planning and development together with all engineering design was then undertaken by Gulf Consult, who also undertook project management and full construction supervision.
