This competition winning design was commissioned by Kuwait
Commercial Markets Complex Company for its build-operate-transfer bid for PAAF. Gulf Consult
undertook the concept design of all recreational, landscape and engineering elements.

Subsequent to the competition, Gulf Consult was commissioned to undertake Full Design and Construction Supervision.
A large barren area of Salmiya will be transformed into a lush, “green” family park, offering a wide range of passive and active recreation activities, cultural events and education al opportunities.
The project comprises a number of elements:
