The project involved the design of a prison for Military
personnel to be held for short term periods of punishment.
The prison is designed for 322 inmates.
Security is provided by constructional, electronic and organizatinal methods.
Components of the security system incorporate a number of multipurpose sub-security systems and devices involving the latest electronic and computer technology.
Facilities provided include barracks for the military guards, residential accomodation for the management staff and detention accomodation.
Detention accomodation is provided in dormitories for the lower ranks and single units for officers.

In addition offices for administration are provided together with prayer rooms, kitchens, dining areas, laundry and medical facilities in the form of a clinic.
Day rooms are provided for recreation together with outdoor exercise areas, parade ground and sports facilities.
