The need to develop tank training facilities for the

Kuwait armed forces was highlighted after the liberation.

While the design of these facilities was initially done in the former Yugoslavia, Gulf Consult was commissioned to review, correct and redesign all previous design work, including structural, HVAC and electrical calculations.

The project involved eleven specialised building types, including an internal shooting range, on each of the five sites.
