Gulf consult in association with Cambridge Seven Associates, USA were awarded this project as winners of a public design competition.

This project will rehouse in one HQ building all management offices currently scattered across various locations in Kuwait City.

The new building is located strategically along side the main approach road to Ahmadi on an area of raised land visible from the As Saffar motorway.

By diagonally positioning the building on the site and facing to the north east, the new facility maximizes its presence on site, appearing as a floating image over a dramatic reflecting lagoon.
