Al Khiran Pearl City is an exciting new concept for
recreational family living.
With an ultimate population of 100,000 this new city is being planned and built as the Venice of the Gulf, with all house plots having their own mooring and berthing facilities.
The construction of the first phase of this city located in the south of Kuwait is now in progress - Phase 1A comprising the first 1500 units.
The project comprises all highway and engineering services.

• Detailed design and tender documentation of the telecommunications network, electricity supplies and water for an initial area of 300ha.
• Connections from this area to the Nuwaiseeb highway and to water and electricity services.
