During the course of construc-tion, the Owner/Developer M.A.Kharafi asked Gulf Consult to modify the building’s struct-ural design to accommodate a change in project requirements.

When undertaking this work, serious defects were found throughout the existing design (done by others).

This necessitated GC undertaking a full design review involving modification of the foundations and the already fabricated steel members and connections.
