This is one of Kuwait Municipality's first phase of
public car parking buildings. The building comprises two basement floors of parking, accessed above the ground floor-mezzanine shopping complex.
Located in the heart of the city centre, the complex includes 12,000 sq.m of shopping and office floor space.
