Gulf Consult were commissioned by the Public
Authority for Applied Education and Training to to create a Master Plan for a male/female business studies campus to accommodate 10,750 students, by the year 2010.
Following its approval we were commissioned to undertake the full design and tender documentation for the female campus for 6450 female students, in the following disciplines:
1) Business Administration.
2) Information Technology.
3) Office Administration.
4) Academic Service Technology.
Each division will be supported by a Library and Learning Resources Centre, while there will be communal catering, arts, sports and social facilities.

Academic facilities for 10,750 male and female students, together with internal/external sports facilities and multi-storey parking for 2000 cars.
A central administration building will also serve the future male campus. 3000 car parking spaces will be provided for staff, students and visitors, along with space for 15 buses.
The new campus will provide a state-of-the-art educational facility and provide students with the highest quality of education.
