This six storey building includes medical and health facilities, research laboratories, research library, fitness center, auditorium and administrative department.
Gulf Consult in association with NBBJ of USA, has designed this building to have a strong visual form which takes its inspiration from the sea.
This building will feature a variety of fenestration types:
Recessed windows on the south for shading and increased thermal resistance.
