The Mitsubishi/Chrysler car showroom, spare parts facility
and garage at Al-Rai were substantially damaged during the invasion.
Despite this damage, the car sales and workshop areas still functioned and it was a key requirement for Gulf Consult to design the new facility in such a way as to enable sales and workshop activities to continue uninterrupted throughout the construction period.
Gulf Consult undertook a comprehensive design, construction and project management service for the client, which fulfilled all the client's operational requirements and delivered the project on time.
