Gulf Consult was initially commissioned to undertake a
number of feasibility studies for the provision of medical facilities on this site, located close to the Mubarak Al Kabeer Teaching Hospital.
The concept finally chosen was of a maternity hospital providing 5 star medical services in a 5 star hotel standard of accommodation.
This new hospital comprising six floors and two basements will provide services in the following fields:
Maternity, Newborn & Paediatrics, comprising 12 delivery rooms and 48 beds, housed in rooms varying from Standard to Royal Suite, together with Special Care and Paediatric beds.
