Gulf Consult was commissioned to undertake the conceptual and schematic design for a proposed 4 star hotel to be located overlooking the Corniche in Doha, Qatar.

This work was undertaken as part of a feasibility study which investigated various development options for this prestigious site.

The project options tested varied from 14,000 - 16,000 sq.m of space.
