Partway through the construct-ion of this project,

the Ministry of Public works appointed Gulf Consult to take over responsi-bility for all construction supe-rvision and to review outstan-ding contractual issues, includ-ing assessing past and current claims and variations orders.

Additionally, Gulf Consult was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive review of all aspects of the existing design - Architectural, Structural, Mec-hanical and Electrical Enginee-ring, as well as medical equip-ment.
