EQUATE Headquarters to be re-designed

Gulf Consult has been appointed by EQUATE Petrochemical Company to modify the original design of its Headquarters building, which will be located in Ahmadi. The changes include internal re-planning to accommodate EQUATE’s latest staffing structure and the addition of new common facilities.

The building will accommodate about 200 staff members. The site area is about 16,500 m², and the built up area is about 18,500 m². The agreement was signed in June 2013 and the re-design phase will require about six months for completion.
